1. General Rules
Accommodation and Programme Conditions and Details
The prices paid by the guest apply to the following options:

Per wellness programme of 7, 14, or 21 nights, including accommodation and a full-board nutritional plan (breakfast, lunch, dinner, and beverages included in the contracted programme).
Official check-in time: from 3:00 p.m.
Official check-out time: until 12:00 p.m.
All prices include VAT.
2. Payment and Refund Policy
Purpose
This document outlines the payment policies for booking a stay at ZEM Wellness Clinic Altea, as well as the applicable rules in the event of a cancellation of the booking or part of the contracted services.
Booking Confirmation

To confirm the reservation, 50% of the total amount of contracted services must be paid within 5 working days of the quote confirmation.

The remaining 50% of the contracted services must be paid no later than 14 days prior to the arrival date.

If the booked accommodation is the “Altea Suite”, 100% of the reservation amount must be paid in full to confirm the booking.

If payment is made via bank transfer, the payment receipt must be sent at least 48 hours before arrival. In any case, the agreed amount must be received by ZEM Wellness Clinic Altea before the start of the stay.
During Your Stay
Upon arrival, a credit or debit card must be provided as a guarantee. Additional services or treatments can be booked during the stay. An amount of €4,000 will be blocked for “Deluxe Rooms” or €6,000 for any of the Suites.
Check-Out
Accepted payment methods for any outstanding amounts at the end of the stay include credit/debit card or cash, provided legal limits are not exceeded.

Payment for confirmed bookings may be made via credit/debit card using a secure payment link or by bank transfer.
Cancellation Policy

If the cancellation is communicated at least 4 weeks in advance, no penalty will apply.
Booking Date Modification Policy

The arrival date may be changed without penalty if notice is given at least 14 days in advance.
ZEM’s Right to Terminate the Guest’s Stay Early
ZEM Wellness Clinic Altea is a space that prioritises guest wellbeing. Therefore, should a guest fail to comply with internal behaviour rules, instructions from ZEM Wellness Clinic S.L.U. staff, or basic standards of hygiene, decency, education, and respect for others present at the clinic (including staff, guests, or third parties), ZEM reserves the right to terminate the stay immediately.
A simple notice will suffice for the guest to leave the premises in an orderly fashion. Any amounts already paid will be retained by ZEM. Additionally, the clinic is entitled to charge the credit/debit card for any damages, harm or injuries caused to ZEM Wellness Clinic S.L.U.

Personal data provided during the payment process will be handled in accordance with applicable legislation.

4. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
The applicable law governing the contract between the guest and ZEM Wellness Clinic Altea shall be Spanish Law.
The same will determine the competent Courts and Tribunals in the event of disputes, interpretations, or claims.
