Zem Wellness Clinic, S.L. (“CLIENT”) (ZEM) (hereinafter, the provider), the party responsible for the website, makes this document available to users in order to comply with the obligations set out in Law 34/2002, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE), and to inform all users of the website of the conditions of use of the website.

Any person who accesses this website assumes the role of user and undertakes to observe and strictly comply with the provisions set out herein, as well as any other legal provision that may be applicable. The provider reserves the right to modify any type of information that may appear on the website, without any obligation to give prior notice to or inform users of such changes, publication on the provider’s website being deemed sufficient.

4. Liability

The provider accepts no liability of any kind arising from the information published on its website where such information has been manipulated or entered by a third party unrelated to it.

This website uses cookies as described in the Cookie Policy.

The client’s website may redirect to content on third-party websites. Since the provider cannot always control the content entered by third parties on their websites, it accepts no liability whatsoever for such content. 9. Applicable law

These Terms and/or General Conditions of contract are governed by Spanish law.

Likewise, Users expressly agree that the resolution of any dispute that may arise regarding their validity, performance, compliance or termination, in whole or in part, shall, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them, be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of the user’s place of residence for any matters that may arise or actions that may be brought in connection with the provision of the Portal’s service, its services and content, and the interpretation, application, fulfilment or breach of the provisions herein. If the User’s place of residence is outside a member state of the European Union, ZEM and the User, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them, submit to the jurisdiction and competence of the Courts and Tribunals of the place of ZEM’s corresponding business establishment.

This document constitutes the full and complete expression of the agreement between ZEM and the User, and supersedes all previous agreements, commitments, statements or arrangements, whether written or oral, that may have existed between them.
