The culinary concept combines clinical nutrition with haute cuisine.
Each menu is designed from the ingredient’s origin through to its final preparation, ensuring harmony between nutritional value, metabolic function, and the dining experience.
The result is a cuisine where health and enjoyment coexist without conflict, based on seasonal ingredients, most of which come from Finca Althaya. Dishes are prepared from scratch with nutritional criteria in mind and constantly adapted to individual needs.

Before beginning any activity, each guest can undergo a detailed physical assessment to understand their functional status, identify potential limitations, and determine the most appropriate type of training.

ZEM is located in Altea, one of the most stable and balanced environments in the Mediterranean in terms of climate, geography, and environmental quality.
Its location offers easy access to major transportation hubs: 45 minutes from Alicante Airport, 1 hour and 30 minutes from Valencia Airport, and approximately 2 hours by train from Madrid.
All this in a natural, uncrowded setting, with conditions conducive to rest and recovery year-round.
Additionally, a private transfer service is available to facilitate travel.
