Methodology

After conducting a series of preliminary clinical checks, a personalised Nutritional meal Plan is defined and implemented based on the guest’s unique nutritional profile with the aim of improving overall health and wellbeing through cellular detoxification.

The programme integrates the latest advances in preventive, genetic and regenerative medicine, alongside the most effective natural therapies and a nutrition plan based on the intake of food produced 100% sustainably at our Finca Althaya.

Through a programme of nutritional and purifying consultations and treatments, with the support of experts in psychology, beauty and other disciplines, we aim to help our guests reconnect with their best version of themselves, balancing body, mind and spirit.

This holistic approach ensures that each individual commits to a plan carefully tailored to their needs and preferences, taking into consideration any possible intolerances and allergies, religious beliefs or other specific dietary requirements.

Nutrition

The Nutritional Plan of the Weight Management programme is the Detox plan.

The main purpose of this nutritional therapeutic plan is to restore the body’s balance from the multiple strain that the body faces on a daily basis. One of its objectives is to strike a balance between preventing a number of weight-related pathologies or chronic inflammation and controlling body weight.

The programme follows the principles of the body’s physiological purification, by using a range of detoxification pathways such as hepatic, intestinal and kidney detoxification. Its nutritional plan will be made up of a combination of seasonal vegetables, seeds, ferments, gluten-free cereals and certain natural supplements.
