Methodology

All the treatments included in the programme are focused on revitalising the skin with the aim of restoring its youth and vitality through the application of advanced techniques and technologies.

Highlights include the application of laser treatments with hyaluronic acid and PRP, capillary skin treatment and the exclusive Bio-Dental unit of the ZEM Wellness Clinic Altea, which offers non-invasive treatments to improve the smile.

The health and wellness agenda of the programme includes consultations of different specialties ranging from nutrition to psychology alongside dermo-aesthetic, revitalizsing and rejuvenating treatments that combine cutting-edge techniques with facial and body massages. Fitness and outdoor activities are also included. And all of this is always linked to a nutritional plan specially designed to optimise and regenerate the body’s microbiota and metabolism.

To ensure safe and effective results all procedures are performed and supervised by our team of medical and aesthetic professionals.

This diet is designed so that our guest can enjoy a balanced meal, where tradition, Mediterranean nutrition and cuisine are in balance with each other.

It focuses on finding harmony and balance between body and mind, and attaining the necessary self-knowledge and wisdom that allows one to choose what they need at any given moment. Learning to listen to one’s body. We mainly offer Mediterranean cuisine, combining function and tradition to obtain a culinary experience that goes beyond the senses.
