4.HOUSE RULES & SAFETY
Etiquette: responsible device use, quiet zones and appropriate attire in wet areas.
Health questionnaire when required, informed consent for treatments.
Clinical areas subject to medical protocols and availability.

5.ACCESS, PRIVACY & TERMS
Parking included for members.
It is mandatory to present your physical membership card during check-in.
ZEM Proximity Circle Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy must be accepted in QR form.

6. DATA PROCESSING
The data controller is Zem Wellness Clinic, S.L., with registered office at Av. Sorolla, 7, 29620 Torremolinos, Málaga, Spain, and contact email. Data will be retained for the duration of the promotional relationship and, where applicable, until you withdraw your consent for any additional purposes. You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction, and portability by writing to info@zemaltea.com.

If at any time you wish to unsubscribe from the ZEM Proximity Circle and/or stop receiving commercial communications, you may do so via the link provided in each electronic communication or by emailing dpo@zemaltea.com with the subject line “Unsubscribe ZEM Proximity Circle”. Withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent prior to its withdrawal. We will handle your request without undue delay and, in any event, within a maximum period of one month. In the event of a full cancellation, we will deactivate your membership and retain only the data strictly necessary for the periods required by law.
