Learning to live with the passing of time

The restaurant’s décor follows the style of the rest of the hotel, with large windows flooding the restaurant with natural light and a ceiling mosaic designed exclusively for ZEM. A work of art that creates a unique and welcoming atmosphere. Outside, guests can choose between sunny and shady areas with views of the sea and nature.

A taste of the Mediterranean

Conceived as a place of relaxation and enjoyment for the senses, a place where you can enjoy cutting-edge cuisine. Our nutritional plans are based on the Mediterranean Diet and use local, seasonal and organic ingredients, most of which come from our Finca Althaya.

ZEM kitchen

The kitchen has been conceived as a large space which is open to guests, with different areas where the menus for each of the nutritional programs are prepared and personalised according to each guest’s specific dietary requirements. From there guests can access an outdoor area where aromatic plants are grown for making the dishes.

Guests are welcome to enter the kitchen and meet the Chef and his team to see how the menus are prepared and encouraged to ask any questions they may have.

ZEM Culinary

The ZEM Wellness Clinic Altea’s philosophy focuses on promoting healthy lifestyle habits through complete and balanced nutrition. At ZEM we want to share this knowledge and skills and teach our guests how to integrate these habits into their daily lives.

ZEM Culinary offers both individual and group sessions to encourage guests to prepare dishes themselves following their nutritional plans, and even collect ingredients from our Finca Althaya beforehand.

This space can accommodate up to eight participants, and features a bar for demonstrations or tastings, as well as a table for private dining.

Hydration is a fundamental part of any diet and, for this reason, we have distributed these mini-bars throughout the ZEM Wellness Clinic Altea at strategic points where guests can enjoy a wide variety of waters, infusions and healthy juices.
