Methodology
The programme starts with a rigorous study to detect the guest’s clinical problems or needs, followed by various medical consultations with multidisciplinary specialists to determine the ideal holistic therapeutic plan that best addresses them.
The programme combines an advanced medical approach which promotes health at a cellular level, with a focus on emotional and mental wellbeing to balance the body-mind-spirit relationship.
During their stay guests receive innovative medical therapies designed to deliver effective benefits and results. These include Intermittent Hypoxia therapy, an essential tool that is not only essential for optimising physical performance but also for treating insomnia and heart disease, with powerful anti-stress and anti-ageing effects.

The Pro-Ageing Programme’s Nutritional Plan is Raw 80/20.
The primary purpose of this therapeutic food plan is to strengthen the body’s cells through a menu high in phytonutrients, essential polyunsaturated fatty acids, micronutrients and antioxidants, which are key to keeping oxidative stress and chronic inflammation under control. In doing so, we will facilitate physiological detoxification, thereby helping to prevent cellular ageing.
This is based on the principles of preserving the nutritional values of the organic products ingested. Your dietary plan will be consolidated by the intake of 80% raw products, versus 20% cooked products.
