Methodology

Starting from the data obtained during the medical tests conducted with our guest, the medical team uses a series of indicators as a reference to establish the guidelines to be followed during the programme.  

These guidelines include and combine medical treatments combined with wellness therapies, physical exercise, nutritional coaching and activities in connection with nature. 

The programme includes state-of-the-art treatments such as cryotherapy, which has proven benefits for the regeneration and improvement of the metabolism, and nocturnal polysomnography, a specific treatment aimed at improving and recovering sleep quality, a fundamental factor when it comes to managing and reducing stress. Additionally, medical treatments are combined with techniques such as acupuncture, mindfulness sessions and the practice of various forms of yoga as well as outdoor activities to optimise overall health and wellbeing.

Nutrition

The Nutritional Plan associated with this programme is the Detox plan.

The main purpose of this nutritional therapeutic plan is to restore the body’s balance from the multiple strain that the body faces on a daily basis. One of its objectives is to strike a balance between preventing a number of weight-related pathologies or chronic inflammation and controlling body weight.

The programme follows the principles of the body’s physiological purification, by using a range of detoxification pathways such as hepatic, intestinal and kidney detoxification. Its nutritional plan will be made up of a combination of seasonal vegetables, seeds, ferments, gluten-free cereals and certain natural supplements.
